Ray and Mike were truly best of the best! I called and within 20 minutes Ray was at my house and able to tell me what the problem was! Mike replaced my out dated system the next day in less than an hour (at an amazing price). It works phenomenally now!!! They let me know about another part that will need attention in the next 6 months or so, but in no way tried to push a sale or get me to take care of it right away since it doesn't need it yet. Just genuinely let me know to keep an eye out, and now I can save for it til it's time to replace. I will absolutely be calling them when its time to fix the other part! I will be HIGHLY recommending them to my friends and family!!

I called RS Garage Door to fix my garage door. I bought the kit, and these guys installed it for cheap. Excellent knowledge of the product, and the guys were pleasant. I recommend RS to anyone with garage door issues.

The guys that came did a quick assessment tuned up the mechanisms on the garage door opener. Recommend a new unit, but replaced the belt to give us time to save up for the replacement and they were done in 30 minutes. These guys we very friendly and cool. They left their sticker and cards for us to contact them if anything goes wrong and for furture work. Also, they did not try to rip us off.
